The event, which is among various activities in a youth journey “Spirit of Western region” 2020 launched by Ho Chi Minh city’s children house, was designed to give children a practical experience to raise their awareness about national pride and responsibilities for preserving and promoting traditional cultural characteristics and the nation’s history.

Over the few days, children delegation from Ho Chi Minh city joined many useful programs, such as: sightseeing at the relic of Duc Thanh school, visiting and gifting 2 policy-favored families, presenting 10 scholarships and 2 bicycles to poor students.

The program “Lighting up dreams of Vietnamese children” provided a healthy playground as a bridge connecting children and promoting activities of children house system in the Southern region.
